Complete Clone Sequencing

With the complete clone sequencing service, MDS will generate double or single strand sequence data from PCR products, plasmid inserts or entire plasmids by using fluorescent sequencing methodologies.

If an ambiguity is found to be unresolved, we will make an attempt to resolve it by designing an additional primer to re-sequence the region(s). MDS typically achieves >97% accuracy on single stranded projects and >99% accuracy on double stranded projects.

Single Pass Sequencing

The single pass sequencing service is designed to give customers a "quick look" at data from one clone or multiple clones. Single pass sequencing service options are flexible to meet the customer's needs.
