Customized Genotyping Projects

Some projects require a variety of technical approaches to identify the traits or genes of interest. For example, some experiments may require both SNP and STR data or may require comparison data to earlier genotyping methods such as RFLP. MDS will work with you to incorporate the technology needed into a unified project. When searching for novel genes, identifying SNPs in a population or detecting de novo mutations in known genes, MDS's sequencing capacity can play an integral role in identifying key information leading to more complete knowledge of the trait under investigation.
