Mammalian Expression
MDS offers a variety of protein expression systems from small scale to large scale with a full-range of purification options. Our services include: gene synthesis, generating expression construct, establishing stable cell line, generating recombinant virus, small-scale expression and purification, large scale expression and purification including bacteria, baculovirus/insect, yeast, mammalian cells (CHO/HEK293 cells).
Large-scale production: MDS can produce proteins from a few milligrams to a few kilograms.
Mammalian cell expression: MDS can establish mammalian high expression cell line for your gene in CHO and HEK293 cells, and express and purify large amount of protein for you.
Protein A and IgG-Fc fusion protein: Using MDS's protein A and IgG-Fc fusion expression vectors, we can prepare your fusion protein easily.
Deliver the protein exactly as you requested: If you do not need any tag in your protein, MDS can remove the tag using a protease and deliver the protein exactly as you requested.
