Discs: Thermo Scientific PTFE/Silicone Laminated Discs are flat discs composed of structurally bonded PTFE (10 mil thick) and clear silicone (75-125 mil thick) layers for use as in-cap liners and septa for various kinds of screw cap vials. When used with compatible open caps and glass vials, the discs provide a complete, inert seal and allow repeated access to samples with a syringe needle.

Collection Plates :Leak-Free Protein Precipitation The oleophobic filters of the Strata Impact plates effectively hold acetonitrile allowing the precipitation reaction to occur inside the plate. Unlike conventional protein precipitation plates, Strata Impact will not leak solvent or sample until vacuum is applied resulting in clean precipitation. Non-specific binding of analytes on the membrane surface leads to reduced analyte recovery. Strata Impact has specially treated filters, which will not bind target analytes resulting in maximized recovery. Strata Impact allows for direct-inplate precipitation, which reduces the amount of sample transfer steps. This means that solvent and sample can be combined directly in the well without the plate leaking leading to increased throughput.

Vials: This jet-black vial prevents all light from penetrating, ideal where amber vials are just not good enough. It holds smaller volumes from 50µl to 1.5ml, but its innovative, free-standing design allows it to simply replaces a standard 2ml autosampler vial.

TLC Plate: Vials are manufactured of Amber, Type I Class B borosilicate glass. Vials have a standard graduated write-on patch for easy filling and identification of sample. Require the use of 8-425 closures and 8mm septa. Silanized glass vials are an excellent solution when protein absorption must be avoided. Vials: Wide opening vials are easier to fill. Fit most autosamplers that accommodate the 12x32mm vial format.
