Sex Determination

Chromosome Y probe alone or with chromosome X probe may be used for sex determination in:

• Embryos and fetuses
• Stem cell graft rejection (Sex mismatch)
• Germ-line stem cells
• Prenatal diagnosis
• Identification of tissue contamination in histopathology sections.
