Q-PCR studies
To complement our End Point PCR assays, MDS offers quantitative PCR (Q-PCR) assays that use the TaqManŽ PCR technology, to enumerate the number of copies of the target sequence in the test sample. Quantitative PCR is a fast, sensitive, accurate and reliable means of quantitatively measuring the distribution and expression of target DNA or RNA. We offer services to rapidly assay samples from cultured cells, microorganisms, viral clearance,or harvested tissues from preclinical viral vaccine efficacy studies.
